Write Gauss-Hermite moment errors to a file.

Parameters:

• summary (dict) – Output from losvd_errors.LOSVDErrorEstimator.summarize()

• prefix (str) – Output file prefix

• outdir (str) – Output directory

Returns:

Path to written file
